Milan Residency

We are located at 44/6 Residency Road, right above the Federal Bank. It’s a very busy part of town, especially being just off MG Road. You have to climb some stairs to get to us, which some people complain about, but that’s just how the building was made. Being on a higher floor means we are slightly away from the direct street noise, but you can still hear the horns honking all day. I spend most of my time at the small counter near the entrance. We have rooms for people who are in Bangalore for business or just visiting. The furniture is a bit older, but it’s solid wood and we keep it polished. I know the bank staff downstairs pretty well since we see them every morning. Sometimes the elevator in the building gets stuck, so we tell people to be patient or just take the stairs if they can. We don't have a kitchen that serves big meals, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It’s a very practical location for someone who needs to be in the center of the city without paying for those big luxury hotels. We provide the basics like clean sheets and a towel. I try to remember the names of people who stay more than once. It’s just a simple residency in a crowded city where we try to keep things quiet enough for sleep.
