Mikrotek Machines Limited

Mikrotek Machines Limited is found at 16, 2nd Cross 'A' Sector, on the Amruthnagar Main Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the sector. The building is a two-story structure with a bit of a yard in the front where we park our scooters. Inside, it’s a mix of workshop space and a small area for the office work. We have machines running most of the time, so there’s a constant vibration you can feel through the floor. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the energy of it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it. We have a small break room where we keep our lunch boxes. The staff has been around for a long time, so we all know how the others like their coffee. We don't have a big human resources department or any of that stuff. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. It’s an honest way to work. We focus on the machines and making sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. The main road outside is usually busy with people going to work or school. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for years and everyone around knows us. It is just a regular machine shop life for us.
