Metalkarma Engineering Technologies Pvt Ltd is located over at 16-L-4 in the Attibele Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of the region, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the neighbors. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for the engineering work we do. Inside, it’s mostly just workbenches, some heavy machinery, and piles of materials waiting to be used. We try to keep things moving along, though sometimes delays happen when parts don't arrive on time. That's just life in this industry. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge staff; we're just a group of people who understand metal and how to shape it. The heat in the shop can get intense during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or slick presentations. Usually, we just wear what’s comfortable and safe for the job. Attibele is a good spot for us because of the transport links. Most of our day is spent reading drawings or standing at a machine. It's honest work. If someone calls, they usually talk directly to whoever is free. We don't have many layers of management here. Just a simple engineering tech firm trying to get the parts out the door and keep the machines running properly. We have some old coffee mugs sitting around and the radio is usually playing something in the background while we work.
