Out here in Bommasandra, things are always moving. We are located at 110-A, right in the middle of the industrial area. It’s not the cleanest place to work, but that’s the nature of engineering. I’m usually out on the floor with the guys rather than sitting in an office. There’s a lot of metal, some grease, and the sound of machines running most of the day. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a solid place, even if the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard during the monsoon. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find someone in overalls first. We focus on the jobs we have in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of being in an industrial zone. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big signs. Most of our work comes from other shops in the area that know what we can do. It’s a tight-knit community here in Bommasandra. We all know each other and help out when someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. The days are long and often hot, but there is a satisfaction in finishing a piece of work and seeing it ready to go out to the customer. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
