Mercato Tours

You can find Mercato Tours over in Rajajinagar, specifically in the 2nd Block. Our office is at number 216 on the 2nd floor, right on 28th Cross. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache some days. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and it’s just a simple office space with some desks, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a big reception area or a staff in uniforms. It’s just a few of us who know a lot about travel and tickets. We spend most of our time on the phone or answering emails from people wanting to go on trips. The 2nd floor location means we get a bit of exercise every day going up and down. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the phones act up, but we just deal with it as it comes. Rajajinagar is a good area with lots of shops around, so we usually go out for tea in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel agency in India; we just want to help the local people here plan their holidays without too much stress. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking schedules, but we’re used to the routine by now. We just do our work and go home.
