Megha Lights & Tent House

We are tucked away in Nandini Layout near the Lokhandwala area of Kandivali. Megha Lights & Tent House is basically just a big warehouse full of different supplies. We have metal poles, rolls of colorful cloth, miles of wires, and all kinds of light bulbs stored on the shelves. It gets a bit messy sometimes because we are constantly loading or unloading the trucks for different events. When someone in the neighborhood has a party or a family function, they usually give us a call. We go out to the site, set up the big tents, and hang all the lights. It is very hard physical work, especially when the weather is not cooperating. We have spent many nights climbing up tall ladders and tying tight ropes in the dark. We are not a big company. It is just a few of us who know how to handle the heavy equipment. We started out with just a few items and kept adding more tents and lights over the years. Some of the fabric is getting a bit older now, but we always make sure it is clean before we take it out. People around here know where to find us if they need help. We don’t have a fancy office with a secretary. You just come to the shop and tell us what you need for your date. We write it in a notebook and show up.
