Meenakshi Mahal

Meenakshi Mahal is located on the ground floor right on Banneraghatta Road. You can't really miss us if you are near the Meenakshi Temple, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a convenient spot for people living in the 560076 area. We’ve had this place for some time. It's mostly used for gatherings and local functions. It’s not one of those huge, shiny halls you see in the city center, but it works well for families. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after one event and getting ready for the next one. It keeps us on our feet. The ground floor location helps because people don't have to climb a lot of stairs, which is good for the older folks. Sometimes the road outside gets really noisy with all the Bangalore traffic, but inside it’s usually alright once the doors are closed. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the lights are on and the place is tidy. We see a lot of happy faces coming through here. It is nice being part of the local community near the temple. People know us by name around here. We just try to keep the place running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. If you need a spot for something, you can just drop by and see the space for yourself. We are usually around during the daytime and happy to show you around the hall.
