Our shop Mecprosys Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is located at B-178 on the 4th Main in the 2nd Stage of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know Peenya you know it is a maze of streets and factories. We have been tucked away in this spot for a while now. It is a busy neighborhood with trucks constantly loading and unloading on the narrow roads. Inside our building it is mostly the sound of metal and tools. We do not have any slick marketing people or a dedicated sales floor. It is just us and the machine tools. Usually we are covered in a bit of oil or dust by the end of the shift. The front office is small and usually has a stack of drawings or invoices sitting on the desk. We do not spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are calibrated and the work is moving along. We have a small group of workers who have been doing this for years so we do not need a lot of rules or big meetings to get things done. It is a practical place. We might not always answer the email the second it comes in because we are probably out on the floor. It is a local business through and through focused on the mechanical side of things and making sure we get through the daily list of tasks without too much trouble.
