Mavalli 24 Manai Relungu Chettiar Sangam

Our community center, the Mavalli 24 Manai Relungu Chettiar Sangam, is located at 9 Sudham Nagar 1st A Cross. We’re tucked away near the Sri Vishnu Lodge in Bangalore. This place has been a gathering point for our people for quite some time. It’s not a fancy building, just a practical space where we can meet and keep our traditions going. Most of the time, you’ll find a few of the elders sitting around talking or planning the next community gathering. We handle a lot of the small things that keep our community connected. It’s a bit of a quiet street, which is nice given how busy the rest of Bangalore has become. We don't have a big staff or a corporate office. It’s mostly volunteers and members who put in the time to keep the doors open. The building needs a bit of paint here and there, but it serves us well. We use the space for meetings, small functions, and just staying in touch with one another. It feels like a second home to many of us who grew up in this area. We aren't looking to grow into something huge; we just want to maintain what we have for the next generation. People know where to find us if they need help or want to join in on what we’re doing. It’s a simple, honest place run by people who care about their roots.
