Matrix Estates

Matrix Estates is located on the second floor of this building in Wilson Garden, right near Vignyan Hospital. You have to climb a narrow set of stairs to get up to us. The office is quite small and usually filled with stacks of property papers and old maps of the local areas. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or out on my scooter looking at different plots and apartments. Dealing with property in this city is a headache because of all the paperwork and the constant back-and-forth with the owners. I do not have a big team of agents. It is mostly just me and a cousin who helps with the site visits. We get a lot of people coming in because they have someone at the hospital and they want to find a short-term place to stay nearby, or sometimes it is just local families looking to move. The traffic near the hospital is always a mess with ambulances and cars, so the noise comes right through the windows while we work. I try to keep things honest with the people who walk in. I tell them if a building has water issues or if the landlord is known to be difficult. It is better that way so nobody is surprised later. Sometimes we sit here for hours just waiting for a client who got stuck in traffic. It is not a glamorous job at all.
