Our shop is located in Koramangala VI Bk, right in the 7th Block at number 115. This is a very popular part of Bangalore, so there are always people walking around. We have a simple glass front that looks out onto the street. Inside, the space is filled with tables and chairs for customers. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush because people can be a bit messy. The kitchen is tucked away in the back and stays busy most of the day. We have a team of people who have been with us for a while now. It’s a lot of the same thing every day, taking orders and making sure the food is ready on time. The floor is tiled and we have to mop it frequently to keep it looking okay. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or expensive lighting. It’s just a practical place for people to eat. Sometimes the music we play is a bit loud, but it helps pass the time. We get a lot of regulars from the nearby offices who come in for a quick break. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just stay open and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a decent spot in a good neighborhood.
