Working out of C.V. Naidu Chambers at the 11th Cross Junction in Jayanagar is an experience. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know exactly how busy it gets, especially near Kanakapura Main Road. We’re right in the middle of all that 7th Block energy. Max Hypermarket India Pvt Ltd has been based here for some time. It’s not like those shiny glass buildings you see in the tech parks. Our place feels a bit more lived-in and real. Every morning, the staff arrives and there’s a lot of chatter before the real work begins. We deal with a lot of coordination and planning here. The junction outside is always humming with cars and bikes, and sometimes the noise drifts up into the rooms. We have our favorite spots nearby for a quick lunch or a coffee when the day gets too long. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on management. We don’t really go for those long, polished speeches you hear in some companies. We just focus on the tasks for the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we all end up taking the stairs, which is probably good for us anyway. It’s a hardworking atmosphere but we try to keep it light. Being in the heart of Jayanagar means we’re never bored. There’s always something happening right outside the door. We just do our bit and keep the wheels turning.
