We are located over at No 6 Basaveshwara Nagar, right on the Marathalli Ring Road in the Dh Halli area. It is a very busy and crowded part of the city to be in. The noise from the traffic on the Ring Road is something that never really stops, it’s just like a constant background hum that you eventually stop noticing. Inside the office, things are usually a bit quieter, with just the sound of people clicking away on their keyboards. We do a lot of work with data and research, so there are computer screens almost everywhere you look. It is not exactly the most exciting place to look at, just rows of standard tables and a lot of different wires tucked away under the floorboards to keep things tidy. We have a small corner for coffee and some snacks, and that is usually where most of the actual talking happens during the day. People here are generally pretty quiet because they are busy focusing on their numbers and charts. We have been at this specific location for a few years now. The commute can be a real struggle for some of the staff because of the traffic jams, but we manage to make it work. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late when there is a lot of work to get through, and the office feels different at night when the road finally starts to settle down a bit. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work.
