Our BPO office is located at 52 Seshadripuram, inside the Prestige Hosto Chambers. We are right opposite the Seshadripuram Law College, which is a very busy area with students everywhere. The office is usually humming with the sound of people on headsets and the clicking of keyboards. We have rows of desks set up, and it can get pretty loud during the day shifts. It’s a typical call center environment, but on a smaller scale than the big ones you see in the tech parks. We don't have a fancy cafeteria or a gym; we just have a small break room where people can heat up their lunch. The building is quite nice, being a Prestige property, but our specific office is very functional and focused on work. We handle a lot of data and calls for different clients, so everyone is usually pretty busy with their own tasks. Sometimes we have meetings in the small conference room if we can find a time when it’s not occupied. Getting to work can be a bit of a challenge because the roads near the college are always packed with scooters and buses. Most of us just use public transport or find a spot to squeeze our bikes in. It’s a fast-paced place, but we try to keep a friendly atmosphere among the staff. We’ve been here for a few years and have become part of the local scenery.
