Mano Packers

We’ve been over here at Kamakshi Palya for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at 306/1 on the 4th Main in Kaveripura. It’s a busy spot. Most days are just spent dealing with tape, cardboard boxes, and bubble wrap. Moving things from one house to another is a lot of work, and it usually gets pretty dusty. People come to us when they have too much stuff and need it moved across town. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get out of the lanes. We just keep our heads down and get the loading done. Sometimes the stairs are narrow and the sofas are too big, but that is just how it goes in this business. It is not fancy work. We just show up, pack the items, and try not to break anything along the way. The shop isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep the supplies and the trucks. We know the roads around this part of Bangalore pretty well by now. If you are walking down the 4th Main, you will likely see us taping up a box or moving a cupboard onto the back of a vehicle. It is honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Every day brings a new set of challenges, like broken elevators or heavy rain, but we just keep going anyway.
