Mandarin Trail

If you head up to the 3rd floor in Malleshwaram, you will find us. We've been operating Mandarin Trail from this spot for some time now. Malleshwaram is a busy part of town, so being up on the third floor makes it a bit quieter than the street level. We have a lot of stairs and an elevator that sometimes takes a while, but people find their way here. The kitchen is the main part of our operation. We spend most of our morning getting things ready before the first customer walks in. It’s a bit of a hike to get here if you're not used to it. The space isn't huge, but it fits enough tables for the lunch rush. We get a mix of families and people who work nearby. Mankhurd is also listed in our details, which can be a bit confusing for some, but we are right here in the 560003 area. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who do the cooking and the serving. We try to keep the place tidy, though it gets a bit chaotic when it’s raining outside and everyone wants a table at the same time. We don't do much advertising. Mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign on the building. We just keep our heads down and work. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us.
