Mallige Restaurant

You can find Mallige Restaurant at No.3, on the Paraag Hotel premises. We are situated on Raj Bhavan Road in Bangalore, 560001. Our location is actually right behind the Capitol Hotel. It is a very central part of the city, so there are always lots of cars and government buildings nearby. Even though the area is quite fancy with all the big hotels, our restaurant is a much simpler affair. We serve people who work in the offices nearby or people staying at the smaller hotels. The morning shift is always the most hectic because everyone is in a hurry to get to their jobs. We have a few cooks and waiters who have been with us for a long time. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay very organized to keep up with the orders. We spend a lot of time washing dishes and prepping vegetables. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps the place going. The atmosphere inside is just regular and honest. We don't have fancy menus or expensive furniture. It is just a place to get something to eat while you are on Raj Bhavan Road. Sometimes when the traffic is bad outside, it gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it. We just open up every morning, do our work, and serve whoever comes in through the door. We have been here for a long time and the routine stays the same.
