Makino

Makino is located up on the 3rd floor of number 11 on Dinnur Main Road in Whitefield. Whitefield is always growing and changing, but this spot stays pretty much the same for us. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and bikes. We work with industrial machinery and technical systems. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of focus and precision. The office is fairly plain, mostly just white walls and rows of computers. We don't go in for much decoration. Most of our time is spent looking at technical specs or coordinating with the factory floor. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important. We have a small kitchen area where we eat lunch and complain about the traffic on Dinnur Main Road. The elevator in this building is a bit slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the customers are getting what they need without any major hiccups. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it seems to work for us.
