Being located at No.14 Church Street means we are right in the heart of everything. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this area still has that specific buzz. At Mainland China Restaurant, we just try to keep up with the pace. The staff arrives early to start the prep work because the lunch crowd usually hits us pretty fast. We don’t spend much time on decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the kitchen and making sure the food is ready. It’s a busy life here, and sometimes things get a little messy during the peak hours. We might have a stack of crates out back or a delivery guy waiting in the lobby. That’s just part of the daily routine. Our regulars seem to appreciate that we aren't trying to be something we're not. We provide a place to eat and a bit of a break from the walking outside. The floor is a bit worn in places from all the feet passing through, but it’s a clean space. We’ve been at this 560001 location for years, and we’ve learned a lot about what our neighbors like.
