Mahendra Watch Co

Mahendra Watch Co is situated at 594 Maruthi Plaza. We are right across from the Khaleel Building in the Midc Chickpet area. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity and our shop is right in the middle of it. It’s a small space, but we have crammed a lot of watches into it over the years. We spend our time either standing behind the counter talking to customers or sitting at the back trying to fix a tiny movement that has gone wrong. It takes a lot of patience to work with watches and the noise from the street outside can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it. We don't go in for big marketing schemes or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people in Chickpet know we are here. The shop has a bit of an old feel to it, and we haven't changed much about the layout in a long time. It works for us. We see all kinds of people, from those wanting a cheap battery change to others looking for something special. We treat everyone the same and just try to be helpful. The Midc area is quite industrial and busy, so having a watch shop here keeps us on our toes. We open up the shop, clean the glass cases, and wait for the first customer of the day. It’s a long day usually but we like watches.
