Our office for Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd, Bangalore is situated at 26 Infantry Road, in the Karnail Singh Nagar area, right behind the Vijaya Bank. Infantry Road is a well-known spot, and being right behind the bank makes us pretty easy to find if you know the area. The building we’re in is a standard office block, and we’ve been here for a while now. We handle customer dialog stuff, so there’s usually a lot of chatting on the headsets and the sound of keyboards clicking throughout the day. It’s a busy environment, but we keep it pretty casual among the staff. We don't really go for that polished corporate look; our desks are covered in personal stuff and half-empty coffee mugs. The area around Karnail Singh Nagar is quite active, so there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch or a snack. Sometimes we stand out by the back of the bank just to take a break from the screens. The traffic on Infantry Road can be quite a mess in the evenings, so a lot of us end up staying a bit late just to let it clear out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We are just a group of people doing our jobs and trying to keep the customer conversations going as smoothly as we can each day.
