We are located over at R.K. Printo-Tech in Konena Agrahara. It is a busy part of Bangalore, 560017 to be exact. We spend most of our time dealing with books and different publishing tasks. It is a lot of sitting at desks and looking at pages. Some days are quieter than others, depending on how many projects are on the table. We have been in this spot for a bit now. The area around us is always noisy with traffic, which is just how Bangalore is these days. Our work involves a lot of technical steps that people do not usually see from the outside. We just focus on getting the files right and making sure the printing part goes okay. It is not flashy work at all. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. Sometimes the machines act up or we have a tight deadline that keeps us on our toes. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. If you are coming by, the landmark is usually the printing unit. We do what we can to stay organized, though some days the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and proofs. It is just the nature of the publishing business I guess. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and keep the work moving through the shop every week.
