Machine Tools Engineering

Machine Tools Engineering is situated at Door No-1284 & 1285/2 on 6th 'D' Main Road in Prakash Nagar. This area has a lot of little streets that look the same, but we have been here long enough that most of the neighbors know where we are. We work with various tools and engineering parts every single day. The shop floor is full of lathes and drills, and there is always some piece of metal being turned or shaped. It isn't a quiet place by any means. There is a constant sound of metal hitting metal and the whirring of motors. Our space covers two door numbers, so we have a bit of room to spread out, though it still feels crowded with all the equipment we have packed in there. The staff here are more comfortable holding a wrench than a pen. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work on whatever needs fixing or making. Prakash Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so we see a lot of local faces walking by the open doors. Sometimes we stop for a tea break and watch the traffic on 6th 'D' Main Road. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, and we have been doing it this way for years without much change or fuss.
