We’ve been here in Sultanpet for quite a while now. Our place is on the second floor of the Sreenivasa Complex, right at No. 164. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets pretty crowded and noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle different kinds of pharmaceutical products. It’s mostly about staying organized and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The stairs up to the second floor definitely keep us moving throughout the day. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or just checking boxes in the back. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows, just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sultanpet is a big hub for this kind of trade, so being here makes a lot of sense for us. Some days are really loud with all the street traffic and people shouting below, but that’s just the character of this neighborhood. We just focus on our daily tasks, making sure the orders are ready to go and the shelves don't stay empty for long. It involves a lot more paperwork than people might expect, and we are constantly filing things away. We have some regulars who stop by to talk. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us working together. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, and we just deal with it.
