Our shop is tucked away at No. 8 in E S Lane, right near Chickpet Cross. If you know the area, you know how packed those lanes get every single day. It is a bit of a maze, but we have been in this spot for many years. People come in looking for all sorts of things, and we usually have what they need buried somewhere in the back. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, and honestly, it is a bit of a struggle to get things down sometimes. We do not have a website or fancy brochures to show people. Most folks just walk in because they were told we are the ones to talk to. Bengaluru traffic is a nightmare around here, so we usually get in very early to beat the rush. The shop gets dusty with all the stock moving in and out, but we try to keep it organized enough to find stuff. It is a family-run kind of feel, even if we are not all actually related. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the regulars who have been coming here since before the roads were even paved this way. We do not do big advertising or anything like that. We just open up, sell what we have in stock, and help folks out with their orders. It is a simple life in a very busy part of town.
