M S Caterers

M S Caterers is over at No.42 on 10th CRS in the E Block of R T Nagar. We have been in this part of town for a while now. The space is mostly filled with big pots and industrial stoves. It gets really loud when everyone is working at once. R T Nagar is a crowded place so getting things moved around can be a bit of a headache. We spend a lot of time checking our lists and making sure the gas cylinders are full. The floor in the back is always a little wet from washing up. We don't have a glossy office or anything. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we stay late into the night when there is a lot to prepare for the next morning. The neighbors know us by the smell of the spices drifting out onto the 10th Cross. We use old trucks to move our gear. They aren't pretty but they work well enough for us. The E Block is a maze sometimes with all the parked scooters and narrow turns. We just find a way to make it work. It is a lot of hard work and sweat but that is just the job. We don't talk much about what we do, we just do it. It is a basic setup here in R T Nagar but it belongs to us.
