M M Times

M M Times is our shop in Chickpet. We are located at number 6, Maruthi Plaza, on the ground floor of D Block. It’s right opposite the Khaleel Building. If you know Chickpet, you know how packed the streets are. We handle watches and clocks mostly. It’s a fast-paced area, and we have been here for a long time. The shop is small, but we carry a lot of variety. We do some wholesale too, so there are always boxes coming in and out. It’s loud and busy outside, but inside we just focus on the watches. People come from all over the city to Chickpet for deals, and we get our share of customers looking for something specific. We don't have any fancy furniture or decor, just glass counters and shelves. My family has been in this trade for years. We know which brands are reliable and which ones to avoid. Some days the narrow lanes are so crowded it’s hard to even get to the door. We stay open until the market starts to wind down in the evening. It’s a lot of work managing the inventory in such a small space. We don't have a marketing team or a social media page. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been in Chickpet at Maruthi Plaza for years and people know where to find us. It’s a noisy place to work but we are used to the bustle by now.
