Lluvia Bakery

We are located at No. 28 in the HNR Industrial Area. It is tucked away in Kasavanahalli, just off the main Sarjapur Road. Being in an industrial area means our place is not like one of those fancy mall bakeries. It is much more about the actual work of baking. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready. There is usually a lot of flour on the floor and the ovens are always running quite hot. Lluvia Bakery is a small operation. We do not have a big front desk or a seating area for customers. It is mostly just us getting the daily orders prepared. Kasavanahalli has grown so much in the last few years. There are apartment buildings everywhere now, but our little corner in the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. It can get quite dusty outside and the roads around Sarjapur are often dug up for some kind of utility work. We just keep our heads down and get the baking done. The smell of fresh bread is definitely the best part of being here. Sometimes our deliveries are a bit late because the traffic near the junction is just terrible. That is just part of life in this section of Bangalore. We are not trying to be a huge commercial chain. We just like making bread and different treats. The space is functional with big mixers and racks of trays. It is hard work, standing all day, but we've been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. It's a simple life.
