Linda Pharmaceutics

Living and working on High Street 7 means there is always something going on outside the window. We set up Linda Pharmaceutics here because the location felt right, even if the rent is a bit more than we wanted to pay at first. The building is an old one, so the walls are thick and it stays pretty cool in the summer without needing the fan on high all the time. Most of the day is spent checking labels and talking to the delivery drivers who stop by. They usually have a lot of stories from the road. We keep a small kettle in the back for tea because it gets cold in the rainy season. It is not a fancy place with glass partitions or anything like that. Just some sturdy wooden tables and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. One of the drawers on my desk sticks, so I have to give it a good kick sometimes to get it open. People in the neighborhood know us by name now. It is funny how you start to recognize the sound of different cars passing by. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things as well as we can, making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three orders arrive at once, but we manage to sort it out eventually. That is just how it goes here on the street.
