Lazeez Caterers

Lazeez Caterers is located at No.306 on Oph Road, right near the Jumma Masjid Road area. It is a pretty busy part of town and the noise from the street usually drifts right into our kitchen during the day. We spend most of our time in the back where all the heavy lifting happens. The building is an older one and the walls show the years we have spent here. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception area. It is just a workspace with big stoves and plenty of floor space for the crates. Every morning starts about the same way with the delivery trucks trying to find a spot to park on the narrow road. The neighbors know us by the sounds of the metal shutters opening up early. Sometimes the smells from the spices get really strong and you can notice them all the way down the block. We have some plastic chairs tucked in the corner for when someone needs a quick break, but they don't get used much. Most of the day is spent checking the burners and making sure the packing area is clear. It gets hot inside when everything is running, so we keep the windows open even if the dust from the road comes in. It is just a regular local spot where the work gets done without any fuss.
