Laxmi Drug House

Laxmi Drug House is tucked away at 10/1 B.D.G Lane. We are right on the 1st Cross in Ranasinghpet. It is one of those narrow lanes in Bangalore where you have to be careful walking. We have been here at this address for many years now. The area is quite traditional and can get very crowded during the festivals. Our shop is small but we know exactly where everything is. We have a lot of regular customers from the Ranasinghpet area who have been coming to us since they were children. It is a family-run kind of place. We don't use any big fancy machines. It is mostly just us and our shelves full of medicines. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by a delivery cart, and we just have to wait it out. That is just life in this part of Bangalore. We try to keep a good stock of everything so people don't have to go far. We handle our own paperwork and keep things simple. It is not a shiny modern store with bright lights. It is a comfortable, slightly old-fashioned shop. We prefer it that way. People come in, ask for what they need, and we have a quick chat. It feels more like a community than a business sometimes. We just keep doing our best every day in B.D.G Lane. The floor is a bit uneven, but we don't mind it much. It has character and many stories.
