Our office is tucked away in Dadamastan Layout, right near the Manyata Tech Park area in Nagavara. Most people think because we are near the tech park that everything is very high-tech and shiny, but our space is actually quite plain and functional. We spend a lot of our hours sitting at desks and working through whatever projects are on the schedule for that week. The traffic in Nagavara can be a real headache, especially during the rush hours, so we usually just hunker down and get things done until the roads clear up a bit. We aren't the type to have big meetings about our vision or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. The team here is small enough that we all know each other’s business, which makes things a bit more relaxed than those huge companies nearby. We have our fair share of slow computers and messy desks, but the work gets finished eventually. It is just a regular job for us. We like the area because there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or some snacks nearby. We don’t really do much marketing or self-promotion because we are usually too busy just keeping up with the daily grind. It’s a straightforward way to run things and it seems to work for us so far.
