L&T Technology Services Ltd.

Working at L&T Technology Services Ltd. here in Manyata Embassy Business Park is a bit different from the smaller shops. We are in L3, Unit-1, right off the Outer Ring Road in Nagwara Hobli. Even though it’s a big company, our daily life is mostly just about our team and the projects we are grinding through. The commute on the Outer Ring Road is honestly the hardest part of the day; that traffic never seems to let up. Once you get inside the park, it’s all glass buildings and people with badges, but our desk area is where the real work happens. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code or a design isn't behaving. It’s not all high-tech glamour; there’s a lot of re-doing things and sitting in meetings that could have been notes. We get our coffee from the machine in the breakroom and talk about the weekend while we wait. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. It’s a busy environment with a lot of pressure to meet deadlines, but we try to keep it light with some jokes. We aren't the ones making the big corporate speeches; we are just the staff making sure the technical stuff actually works like it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of brain work and long hours, but we’ve got a good rhythm going.
