Varsha Labs

Down in the Kumbalagodu Industrial Area, specifically in Kengeri Hobli, you will find Varsha Labs. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of town, but we like being out here. The industrial area has its own kind of pulse. There are always lorries coming in and out, and the dust can get a bit much when it’s dry. Our facility is built for work, not for looking at. We have the equipment we need and enough space to move around without bumping into each other too often. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, so we have a local feel. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we're here for. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have a backup to keep things going. Lunchtime is usually spent chatting about the local news or whatever is happening on the road. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’ve got a routine that works for us, and we stick to it. The gates open early and they stay open until the last task is finished for the day. It’s a lot of hard work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing things get finished. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just keeping the lab running and doing our jobs as best as we can. It’s a steady place with good people who just want to work.
