Krishna N Insurance

We have been here at 5 JP Nagar for a while now. Most people know us because they walk past our office on their way to the shops or when they are just out for a stroll. Krishna N Insurance isn't a big fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a small office where we handle paperwork and try to help people figure out their policies. Insurance can be a real headache, honestly. There are so many forms and fine print that it makes your head spin. We spend a lot of our day just sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and explaining things in plain words. People come in when they have a problem or when they need to renew something for their car or their house. We know the neighborhood well. It is a busy part of JP Nagar and we see the same faces every week. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just like being the place where people can drop in without an appointment and get a straight answer. Sometimes the coffee machine works and sometimes it doesn't, but the door is always open. Dealing with claims is never fun for anyone, so we just try to make that part a bit easier. It’s mostly just us keeping track of dates and making sure the files are where they should be. That is pretty much how we spend our time here at the office.
