Kreative Architects

Our office is on the second floor of the Shree Complex on St Johns Road. It’s a very busy street, especially with the Rbanms Grounds right opposite us. You can usually hear the noise from the traffic and the people outside while we are working on our designs. We are at number 203. It's a compact space but we have enough room for our drafting tables and the computers we use for our architectural work. We spend most of our days drawing up plans and thinking about how buildings should look and function in the real world. It’s not always glamorous work; there is a lot of paperwork and checking local building regulations to make sure everything is legal. Sometimes we get stuck on a specific design for hours, drinking way too much tea and trying to figure out where a staircase or a window should go. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and we like the location because it’s central to everything. Being near the grounds means there’s often something happening outside, which is a nice distraction when we take a short break. We are just a group of people who like building things and figuring out how to use space better. We don't have a big corporate setup here. It's more of a workshop feel where everyone chips in. If you're coming to see us, the stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so just watch your step. We try to be practical about everything we design.
