Konar Engineering Services

Konar Engineering Services is located at B-45 in Phase-II of Electronic City, right around the 17th kilometer mark on Hosur Road. Even though we are in the tech part of town, our work is very hands-on engineering. The area is always under construction or has some new project going on, so the landscape changes every few months. Our building is a simple two-story structure. We have some space for testing and a small area where we do the design work. It’s not like those big IT companies with bean bags and game rooms. We have workbenches, tools, and a lot of technical manuals. The commute can be pretty rough because of the traffic on Hosur Road, so most of us try to get in early. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and looking at technical drawings. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late and ordering food to the office. We don't have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by knowing our work from before. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to solve whatever issues our clients bring to us. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for when we are running the equipment. We just like to do our work and keep things simple without adding unnecessary complications to our day.
