Lavelle Road is a pretty well-known spot in the city, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. We are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit different being inside a hotel, but we try to keep things grounded. The staff here has been working together for a while. We see a lot of people who are staying at the hotel, but also locals who work in the offices nearby. The atmosphere is generally quiet compared to the street outside. We don’t go in for a lot of loud music or flashy lights. It’s just a place to sit down and eat. Sometimes the lunch hour gets a bit hectic when everyone comes in at the same time. We try our best to keep up with the orders. The kitchen stays busy from morning till night. We aren't a huge corporate operation, even though we are in a hotel. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Lavelle Road can get really jammed with cars during rush hour, so many people stop in just to wait out the traffic. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s a good place to work. We just want to keep things simple and honest for whoever comes in. There is no mystery to what we do.
