KES Residency

KES Residency is located at 151/4 on the 50th Cross in Rajajinagar's 3rd Block. This is a fairly busy part of Bangalore, but our specific street is a bit more tucked away. We offer rooms for people who need a place to stay for a few nights. Most of our guests are people visiting the city for some work or families who have someone in a nearby hospital. The building is a few floors high and we have a small reception area right at the entrance. It is not a luxury hotel, so you won't find a swimming pool or a gym here. We focus on keeping the beds clean and the bathrooms working properly. We have a small staff that helps with the cleaning and check-ins. Sometimes the traffic on the 50th Cross can get a bit much during the day, but it settles down at night. There are plenty of small shops and places to eat within walking distance, which is convenient for our guests. We have a lift that goes to all the floors, though it is a bit small. We don't have a big dining hall, so most people just go out for their meals. We have been running this residency for several years now and have a lot of regular guests who come back every time they are in Bangalore. It's just a straightforward, no-nonsense place to stay when you are away from home. Nothing more and nothing less.
