Our office is in Crescent Towers on the third floor. The address is 32/1 Race Course Road. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the tops of other buildings and the busy road down below. Race Course Road is always packed with cars, so getting here in the morning takes some real patience. The building is one of those older commercial towers. The lift is a bit cranky and makes a loud noise when it finally reaches our floor. Inside, the office is just a regular workspace with some partitions. We do a mix of things here, mostly administrative and management tasks for the group. It’s a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to doing it yet. We have a water cooler that everyone gathers around to chat during the day. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and try to stay organized. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get parcels for the rest of us. It’s a practical environment. We have a few plants near the window that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a typical office life in a busy part of Bangalore, with all the usual small frustrations and daily routines we’ve come to expect.
