Keerthana Bawan

Keerthana Bawan is situated at No.30/1 in MS Nagar. We are right on the Banaswadi Main Road, directly opposite the Milan Medical Store. Being on the main road means we get a lot of people stopping by as they pass through the area. It’s a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of shops and small businesses lined up one after another. Our building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and has served us well. Inside, the walls are a bit plain and we have basic furniture for anyone who wants to wait for their order. It’s usually quite loud because of the buses and cars zooming past outside on the main road. We spend our time managing the kitchen and making sure we have enough stock for the day. Sometimes we run out of things early if it’s a particularly busy day, especially on weekends when things get hectic. The medical store across the street is a good reference point for people who aren't from around here and get confused by the street numbers. We’ve gotten to know many of the regulars who live in MS Nagar and stop in for a quick chat while we work. It’s a very local vibe, where people know each other by name and face. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the doors, do the cooking, and close up.
