We are located at 57, 4th Cross in the BTM Layout area, specifically over in Balaji Nagar near the DRC post. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, which is nice because it isn't as loud as the main roads. Our building is a typical setup for this part of Bangalore. We’ve got a couple of floors where the team sits. Since we handle BPO work at Kcsbpo, there is always a lot of chatter. You can hear the phones ringing and people explaining things to customers all day long. It can be a bit tiring, but the team here is a good bunch and we look out for each other. We have a small terrace where people go to get some air during their breaks. It isn't anything special, just some plastic chairs and a view of the rooftops. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards with notes scribbled on them and calendars. The neighborhood has some good places to grab a chai, so we usually head out in groups when we can. We just try to get through the call volume and keep things moving. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long depending on the shift, but we’re used to it. We just do our jobs and try to do them right without making a big fuss about it. The tea stall down the street knows our orders by heart now. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable place where people can come to work and get their tasks finished each day.
