Kavita Insurance Advisor

I've been working as an insurance advisor here at 72 Vyalikaval Akshar Chowk for quite some time. My office is right next to the Vyalikaval Police Station, which makes it easy for people to find me. Insurance can be a headache for a lot of folks, and I see people coming in looking pretty confused about their papers. I just sit down with them and go through the forms one by one. It’s nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs. I handle life insurance, health stuff, and vehicles too. Most of my day is spent on the phone or filling out those long documents that nobody likes. It’s important to have someone to talk to when things go wrong, like an accident or a hospital visit. I try to explain things in plain words so people actually know what they are paying for. My neighbors at the police station are good people, and the area stays busy. I don't have a big team or a call center. It’s just me here most days. If I'm out for lunch, there's usually a note on the door. I’ve lived in this area for years, so I know a lot of the families who come to see me. It’s a quiet business, really, just helping people get their paperwork sorted before they actually need it. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, but I just take it one person at a time.
