Kaushalya

We are based out of Krishnarajpuram on Sonawala Road, number 83/2. It’s a straightforward location. Kaushalya isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team doing what we do best. The office is a bit older, and the windows rattle when big trucks go past on Sonawala Road. We have been here quite some time. Inside, you’ll find plenty of paper and old computers. We don’t feel the need to upgrade things just for the sake of looking modern. If it works, we keep using it. The morning routine is usually someone bringing in some snacks and getting the kettle started. We talk about the news or the weather before we start the day's tasks. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get the work done. We aren't big on meetings. We just talk across the room if we need to figure something out. The neighborhood is full of life, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or do what we can by hand. It’s all part of the experience of working here. We don’t have any fancy brochures to give out. We just tell people to come by and talk to us if they have something to discuss or need some help.
