We are tucked away at No G 968 on the 3rd Cross in the HAL Quarters area of Marathalli. Being here in Bangalore means there is always a lot going on around the streets, especially with the constant traffic. Our company, Karnataka Plascom Engineers P Ltd, has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The 3rd Cross is a pretty standard street, but it feels like home to us. When you walk into our place, you’ll see it’s a functional engineering setup. We don't have any of those big glass partitions or fancy reception areas you see in the tech parks. It is mostly just us working with the plastic and engineering equipment. It gets a bit loud when the machines are running, but that is part of the job. Most of the staff knows the neighborhood well. We often head out for tea at the local stalls nearby during breaks. The HAL Quarters area has its own vibe, a bit different from the newer parts of Marathalli.
