We are based out on Jaya Chamarajendra Road, right near the Sabarmati Gandhinagar Highway. It’s a good spot for us because the trucks can get in and out, though the highway traffic is usually a mess. We handle freight. That means a lot of loading and checking lists. It’s physical work and a lot of logistics. Our office at number 27 is usually full of drivers and staff trying to figure out routes. It’s noisy and there is always someone looking for a missing receipt or a gate pass. We don't have a polished showroom because we don't need one. It’s a transport office, so expect some dust and a lot of paper everywhere. We’ve been moving goods around for a while now. The team here knows how to handle the heavy stuff. We don’t talk about "excellence" or stuff like that. We just focus on getting the cargo from one point to another without losing any of it. Some days are very long, especially when a shipment gets stuck somewhere. We drink a lot of tea and stay on the phones to track things down. It’s a straightforward business. If you have stuff that needs to go somewhere else, we’re the ones sitting by the highway ready to move it. The building isn't much to look at, but it’s where all the coordination happens. That is just our daily life here at the freight office. We get the trucks moving.
