We are located in Peenya Industrial Estate, specifically on the 4th Cross in the 1st Stage. Anyone who works in Bangalore knows that Peenya is a world of its own with all the factories and the constant hum of industry. Our place at C-211 is a basic setup. We do engineering work, mostly handling whatever orders come through the door from the bigger units nearby. The shop floor is usually busy from eight in the morning. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone sitting in a suit. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the machines and making sure the dimensions are correct on the parts we make. It gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind blows through the open shutters, but that is just part of the life here. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all help each other out if a machine breaks down or if we need a specific tool. The rain sometimes leaks a bit near the back door when it pours heavily, but we’ve patched it up as best as we could. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the work we send out is decent and that our workers get home on time. It is a simple way of running things, without any of the corporate talk you hear these days. We just keep the machines oiled and the floors swept.
