You can find us at number 36, 22nd Cross in Peenya II Stage. We are right near the Rajgopal Nagar New Police Station. Kams Cnc Machining is a place where there is always the sound of metal being cut and programmed machines running. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, and being in the second stage means we are surrounded by other workshops. We spend most of our time staring at screens and checking parts for accuracy. It’s precision work, but the environment is pretty relaxed. We wear old clothes because they’re going to get grease on them anyway. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller outfit where everyone knows each other’s names. We’ve had the same machines for a bit, and we know all their quirks. Sometimes they act up, and we have to spend half a day fixing them, which is just part of the job. We don’t do much in the way of sales pitches. People who need CNC work usually find us through word of mouth or seeing our sign near the police station. We just focus on the drawings the customers give us and try to make the parts match up. It’s a lot of sitting and a lot of standing, depending on what the machines are doing. We keep the doors open for the breeze when it’s not too dusty outside.
