Kaati Zone Restaurant Church Street

Our restaurant is located at No. 13/A in the S & B Towers on Church Street. If you know Bangalore, you know Church Street is probably one of the busiest places you can be. There is always music playing somewhere, people walking their dogs, and a lot of noise. We are right in the middle of it in the 560001 area. Our space is not very big, but we make it work. We focus on kaati rolls and quick meals because most of the people who come in are in a hurry to get back to their offices or are just hanging out with friends. The kitchen is small and gets very hot, especially during the evening when the street outside is packed. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture; it is mostly just a place to grab a bite and move on. We spend our shifts rolling dough and grilling meat or veggies. The floor usually needs sweeping every hour because of all the feet coming through. We don't have a big corporate story. We just liked the idea of being on such a famous street. Some nights we stay open quite late because the crowd on Church Street never seems to go home early. It is loud and a bit chaotic sometimes, but that is just the way this neighborhood is. We just keep the grill going and serve whoever walks in.
