Our setup is at No 212, near the Vidhya Petha Circle. We are right by the Andhra Bank on Kathriguppe Main Road. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We have been working out of this location for a good while now. The kitchen is usually the first place we go in the morning and the last place we leave at night. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a place where we get our hands dirty and cook. We handle all sorts of orders, from small house parties to larger gatherings in the neighborhood. We buy our vegetables and rice from the local sellers we’ve known for years. Sometimes the traffic on Kathriguppe Main Road makes it hard for our delivery vans to get out on time, so we have to start extra early. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We are just a group of people who know how to cook in large quantities. The heat in the kitchen can be quite a bit during the summer, but we are used to it. We just focus on getting the food ready and packed properly.
